Welcome to Dexter Community Schools!

Although renovations may last until days before school starts, we are excited and ready for the 2010-11 school year! We wish our buildings were a little more "visitor friendly" for our new and current students to drop by and say hello, but summer construction means we must ask for your patience as we put finishing touches on Mill Creek, Wylie, Bates, and Cornerstone.

Summer registration for new students will take place in the Superintendent's office at 7714 Ann Arbor Street until building offices are open. For more information, please call Mona Auerbach at 734-424-4100 ext. 1002. We would love the opportunity to share details about how the Dexter Difference can enhance your child's learning experience!

2010-2011 School Hours

DHS and Creekside begin at 8:00 and dismiss at 2:51. Half day dismissal is 11:25.

Mill Creek, Wylie, Bates, and Cornerstone begin at 8:15 and dismiss at 3:06. Half day dismissal at 11:40.

AM Kindergarten begins at 8:15 and ends at 11:26.

PM Kindergarten begins at 11:59 and ends at 3:06.
